The cottage is a cosy retreat, whilst having the benefit of walks, shops, coffee shops, supermarkets, pubs and a wide choice of restaurants, all within a 4 minute walking distance of the cottage.
Neston is at the southern end of the Wirral in West Cheshire with easy access to motorways and good bus and rail services. It makes a perfect base to explore the whole area.
The cottage has its own private entrance. WiFi, Netflix and off road parking is available for one vehicle.
The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep an additional 3rd guest.
The lounge and dining area is open plan with a modern fully equipped kitchen.

The Villa is a detached cottage with its own private entrance through a wooden gate. The cottage is on one level. The parking bay for one vehicle is located at the front entrance of the property. The Surface is a flat driveway. There are no steps or obstacles. There is a slight incline of approximately 3 degrees up the driveway. The distance from the car park to this gate is 20 metres. Once through this gate there is a further 3 metre walk to an incline 3 degree walkway of 7 metres to the front door. The front door has double doors of 1.2 metres wide. These doors are outward opening. There is a uPVC threshold of 14cms high. The walk from the car park to the front door is well lit with motion sensor lighting.
